Pediatric Orthopedic Clinic
When a child has a problem involving muscles and bones – whether it's a fracture, a sports injury, or a problem they were born with, such as scoliosis – the best care is delivered by a doctor who specializes in children's orthopedic needs. The surgeons and pediatricians at our Pediatric Orthopedic Clinic are experts in treating children from birth through adolescence, with a deep understanding of the special care their growing bodies require.
Our doctors factor each child's future growth into the treatment plan. They also have expertise in caring for young adults with untreated or undiagnosed childhood conditions or lingering issues from one. Our goal is to relieve children's pain and help them achieve optimal physical function with the least possible disruption to their normal activities.
We have multiple clinics on both sides of the Bay, with board-certified specialists who provide a full range of services in medical imaging, orthopedic surgery and rehabilitation therapy. We use the latest and most effective techniques to diagnose and treat conditions both common and rare.
For children with multiple or complex problems, we embrace a team approach, working closely with colleagues across a range of specialties to ensure comprehensive care. Physical therapists, occupational therapists and child life specialists are integral members of our team. For patients who live outside the Bay area, we provide follow-up through video visits and by connecting with local pediatric orthopedic specialists.

Our entire care team is specially trained to work with children. They understand growth and development, have expertise in pediatric conditions, and are skilled in the treatment approaches – both surgical and nonsurgical – that work best for young people.
A broad network
Our multiple locations across the Bay Area make it easy for families to access care. For those who live farther away, we also offer follow-up care through video visits and referrals to community-based orthopedic surgeons.
Many experts under one roof
At each of our facilities, patients have access to pediatric specialists, physical therapists and occupational therapists.
Care for all ages
We treat the full range of orthopedic concerns in pediatric patients ranging from newborns to young adults. We also ensure seamless care as our patients enter adulthood by coordinating with their new providers.
