Sarah Forsberg is a psychologist who cares for individuals with eating disorders. She sees patients of all ages and provides psychotherapy on an outpatient basis as well as in the hospital, when patients are receiving treatment for medical complications associated with eating disorders.

In her research, Forsberg has focused on psychotherapy for eating disorders, specifically family-based treatment (FBT). She is particularly interested in how adaptations to the FBT model can improve patient outcomes.

Forsberg earned her doctor of psychology degree from Palo Alto University's PGSP – Stanford PsyD Consortium. She completed a fellowship in psychiatry and behavioral sciences at Stanford Medicine.
