About me
Dr. Rebecca Carter is a neonatologist, a specialist in the care of premature infants and newborns with serious conditions.
Carter earned her medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia. She completed a residency in pediatrics at UCSF, followed by a fellowship in neonatal-perinatal medicine at the University of California, San Diego School of Medicine.
