Pediatric critical care specialist

Dr. Michael Cisco, who goes by Josh, is a pediatric critical care specialist whose focus is congenital heart disease (heart defects present at birth). He has particular expertise in cardiac intensive care for pediatric patients, such as those undergoing surgery, including heart transplantation, and those requiring specialized treatments.

After earning his undergraduate degree in human biology from Stanford University, Cisco completed his medical degree and a residency in pediatrics at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. At Stanford Medicine, he completed fellowships in pediatric critical care medicine and pediatric cardiac intensive care.
