Penny K. Sneed

Dr. Penny K. Sneed is a radiation oncologist and co-director of the Gamma Knife and CyberKnife Radiosurgery Program. She specializes in treating brain tumors and breast cancer. Her research seeks new treatments for these conditions, specifically using the Gamma Knife, a tool that delivers high doses of radiation to distinct targets.

Sneed has received numerous awards, including fellowship in the American College of Radiology. She earned her medical degree at Stanford University and completed a residency in radiation oncology at UCSF.
