Dr. Golde G. Dudell is a neonatologist who cares for newborns with severe medical conditions, including those who require extracorporeal life support (medical devices that support the heart and lungs when they are unable to function on their own).

Dudell's research focuses on running clinical trials designed to establish best practices in extracorporeal life support, persistent pulmonary hypertension in newborns, neonatal respiratory failure, neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy and neonatal nutrition.

Dudell earned her medical degree at Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University. She completed a residency in pediatrics at St. Vincent's Medical Center in New York City, where she served as chief resident. She completed fellowships in neonatology and pediatric cardiology at NewYork-Presbyterian Morgan Stanley Children's Hospital, and in extracorporeal life support at UC San Diego Health.
