Anne M. Arnhym

Anne M. Arnhym is a pediatric nurse practitioner. She has specialized in caring for children with urological conditions since 2005.

Arnhym contributed to the urology portion of a large study of spina bifida called the Management of Myelomeningocele Study, known as MOMS, which was sponsored by the National Institute of Health.

Arnhym earned a bachelor's degree in nursing at the University of San Francisco. She provided nursing care in UCSF's pediatric medical and surgical units for four years before returning to school to earn her master's degree in nursing at UCSF.

Arnhym co-authored A Guide to Treating Your Child's Daytime or Nighttime Accidents, Urinary Tract Infections and Constipation, an educational booklet about bladder and bowel problems in otherwise healthy children. A member of Pediatric Urology Nurses & Specialists, she has presented on this topic at the group's annual meeting. Most recently, she co-authored a Journal of Pediatric Urology article on using telehealth to manage the care of children with bladder and bowel dysfunction.
