Sophia Baptista is a social worker who cares for young patients staying in the pediatric cardiac intensive care unit. Baptista earned a bachelor's degree in psychology at the University of San Francisco. Concentrating in direct practice in child and family services, she earned a master's degree in social welfare at the University of California, Berkeley.
