Sharon Gee is a social worker who cares for patients in high-risk pregnancies, providing therapy during pregnancy and the postpartum period. She conducts psychosocial assessments, provides support and counseling, and refers patients to community-based care. She is the chief clinical social worker for UCSF's pediatric social work department.

Gee has special interests in Asian American and Pacific Islander American communities, adolescent health and mental health.

Gee earned her master's degree in social work from San Francisco State University. Her studies included a concentration in individuals, families and groups.

Gee is a member of Postpartum Support International.
