Dr. Sanaz Vaziri is a pediatric pulmonologist and sleep medicine specialist who provides comprehensive care tailored to each child's needs. She specializes in sleep disorders, including sleep-related breathing issues, insomnia, hypersomnolence (excessive daytime sleepiness), circadian rhythm disorders (sleep-wake disruptions occurring when the body's internal clock is out of sync with the external environment), parasomnias (unwanted sleep-time experiences or behaviors, such as sleepwalking) and sleep-related movement disorders. She also treats asthma, lung conditions associated with premature birth, wheezing and chronic cough.

Vaziri earned her medical degree at Florida State University. She completed a residency in pediatrics at Cohen Children's Medical Center, followed by fellowships in pediatric pulmonology and sleep medicine at UCSF.
