About me

Dr. Russell Valle is a specialist in caring for children with cancer. He has particular interests in leukemia, lymphoma and histiocytic disorders (overproduction of the white blood cells known as histiocytes, potentially leading to organ damage and tumor formation).

Valle earned his medical degree at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. He completed a residency in pediatrics at New York – Presbyterian Morgan Stanley Children's Hospital, an affiliate of Columbia University Irving Medical Center, followed by a fellowship in pediatric hematology-oncology at UCSF. He also has a master's degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Hawai'i at Mānoa.
