Phyllis Won is a physician assistant who cares for children with conditions of the skull or face, such as cleft lip or palate, injuries or tumors in these areas, and craniosynostosis (a birth defect in which a baby's skull bones fuse too early). She collaborates with surgeons, speech therapists, genetic counselors and other providers to ensure comprehensive care. Her role focuses on designing a plan for each patient and helping families navigate the emotional and physical challenges of treatment.
Won earned her master's degree in physician assistant studies from Dominican University of California. She completed a master's degree in health science at Touro University.
