Pediatric hematologist-oncologist

Dr. Natalie Wu is a pediatric hematologist-oncologist who cares for patients with a variety of childhood cancers. She also provides care in UCSF's survivorship program for patients who have completed their cancer treatment.

Wu's research focuses on the long-term health outcomes of childhood cancer survivors and transplant recipients, seeking to identify patients most at risk for complications later in life.

Wu earned her medical degree at the Oregon Health & Science University School of Medicine. She completed a residency in pediatrics at the McGaw Medical Center of Northwestern University and a fellowship in pediatric hematology-oncology at the University of Washington. She also earned a master's degree in epidemiology from the University of Washington.
