Pediatric nurse practitioner
Multicultural and bilingual

Natalia Zorrilla is a nurse practitioner who cares for children and adolescents with complex neurological conditions, focusing particularly on pediatric headache disorders. She collaborates closely with teams across many specialties to personalize and optimize treatment plans and to oversee patients having infusion therapies. In addition, she leads a clinic that supports patients and families during the move from pediatric to adult care, making sure they feel confident about managing their health during the transition. Professionally, she is interested in using the latest research to address chronic headaches as well as in promoting young patients' self-management skills to improve their long-term health outcomes.

Zorrilla earned her master's degree in nursing at UCSF.

In response to the lack of research on children and teens living with frequent headaches, Zorrilla works on developing new migraine treatments for this group. Her goal is to contribute to studies that find ways for young people with headache disorders to feel better and live as fully as possible.
