Dr. Natalia Leva is a pediatric urologist who provides comprehensive care for young patients with both common and complex conditions affecting the urinary and reproductive systems. She is particularly interested in spina bifida and pelvic health. In addition to using the latest medical, surgical and holistic techniques, she emphasizes education and communication in order to provide collaborative care that reflects the individual needs and values of her patients and their families.

Leva's research interests lie in improving health care delivery and access. She spent a year at Stanford Medicine's Clinical Excellence Research Center, where she learned to identify and solve expensive, critical problems in the clinic – prioritizing human needs to improve quality while also reducing costs.

Leva earned her medical degree at Stanford University School of Medicine. She completed a residency in urologic surgery and a fellowship in pediatric urology at UCSF.

After time spent studying in Chile and living and doing research in Central America and Mexico, Leva is fluent in Spanish. She is a former ballerina, an avid reader, and the mom of two delightful young boys and a rambunctious black Lab.
