Dr. Maytal Firnberg is a pediatric emergency medicine doctor who cares for patients with a variety of urgent conditions.

Firnberg's research focuses on ultrasound as a tool at the time of assessing patients and making treatment decisions, including during emergency care.

Firnberg earned her medical degree at New York Medical College. She completed a residency in pediatrics at Northwell Health Cohen Children's Medical Center, an affiliate of Hofstra University. She completed a fellowship in pediatric emergency medicine at New York – Presbyterian Morgan Stanley Children's Hospital and a fellowship in emergency ultrasound at UCSF.
