Mariel dela Paz

Social worker
Mariel dela Paz is a social worker who provides counseling, resource referrals and advocacy to pediatric lupus patients. As a lupus liaison, she helps families with care coordination, facilitates programs that offer emotional support, educates care providers and counsels patients as they transition to adult health care.
Dela Paz earned her master's degree in social work from San Francisco State University.
