Katie Felix is a physician assistant who specializes in evaluating heart surgery patients, both children and adults. She also assists surgeons performing cardiothoracic procedures and cares for patients after surgery. She has cared for these patients at UCSF for more than 13 years on the team led by Dr. V. Mohan Reddy, chief of the pediatric cardiothoracic surgery division.
After earning a bachelor of science degree in physiology at the University of Arizona, Felix earned a master's degree in physician assistant studies at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science.
