Pediatric cardiologist
Travel enthusiast, runner and Formula One fan

Dr. Kami Gill is a pediatric cardiologist who provides care from before birth into young adulthood for patients with heart disease. She specializes in pediatric and fetal echocardiography (heart ultrasound), assessments during cardiac surgery, and fetal interventions (treating problems in utero). She cares for patients in both the clinic and the hospital. With interests in health education and patient advocacy, she enjoys counseling patients and families to ensure they are well-informed about their diagnoses and treatment plans.

Gill's research focuses on fetal cardiovascular medicine. She is studying prenatal assessments of fetal cardiac tumors, specifically cardiac teratomas, to understand the spectrum of the disease and how to manage it. She also studies health disparities in fetal heart care, with the goal of addressing barriers to access.

Gill earned her medical degree from Kasturba Medical College at Manipal University. She completed a residency in pediatrics at the Cleveland Clinic, a fellowship in pediatric cardiology at Nicklaus Children's Hospital and an advanced fellowship in fetal cardiology at the Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto.

Gill is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics, American Heart Association, American Society of Echocardiography and Fetal Heart Society.
