Dr. Jessica Alsofrom is a neonatologist who provides intensive care for newborns. She has a particular interest in teaching health care providers how to perform resuscitation of newborns.

Alsofrom earned her medical degree from the Larner College of Medicine at the University of Vermont. She completed a residency in pediatrics at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital and a fellowship in neonatal-perinatal medicine at Children's National Hospital. She is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics.

Alsofrom's parents met while working in a neonatal intensive care unit, so she feels she was destined to become a neonatologist herself.
