Grace Nelson is a pediatric nurse practitioner who cares for children receiving bone marrow transplants to treat conditions including blood disorders, metabolic diseases and cancer. In addition to providing care during hospitalization, she sees patients after their transplant procedures, supporting them during treatments in the clinic and addressing any complications that arise.

Nelson earned a bachelor's degree in nursing from the New York University Rory Meyers College of Nursing. She earned her master's degree in nursing at UCSF.
