Erna Josiah-Davis is a nurse practitioner who cares for newborns. She has over 25 years of experience, and supervises the more than 25 nurse practitioners and physician assistants who play important roles in caring for hospitalized newborns and infants. She enjoys continuing to learn and grow in her role and loves coming to work each day.

Josiah-Davis earned her master's degree in nursing at UCSF. She is passionate about sharing her knowledge and advocating for other nurse practitioners and physician assistants, and believes UCSF is one of the best places to continue this work.
