Dr. Elizabeth E. Rogers is a neonatologist and co-director of the Intensive Care Nursery Follow-Up Program. She specializes in neurodevelopmental and behavioral pediatrics for critically ill premature infants and other at-risk newborns in the intensive care nursery of UCSF Benioff Children's Hospital. Her research focuses on developmental and social-behavioral outcomes for these infants and aims to identify risk factors for impairment.

Rogers earned her medical degree from Stanford University School of Medicine in 2003. She completed a residency at UCSF in 2006 and a fellowship in neonatology in 2010.

A member of the American Academy of Pediatrics, Rogers has received the Abraham Rudolph Award for UCSF Pediatric Residents, the UCSF Department of Pediatrics Medical Student Teaching Award and the UCSF Department of Pediatrics Postgraduate Fellow Teaching Award. She speaks fluent Russian.
