Josephine A. Czechowicz

Dr. Josephine Czechowicz is a pediatric otolaryngologist, a specialist in caring for children with ear, nose and throat conditions. Her expertise encompasses sleep apnea, hearing loss, birthmarks or growths involving abnormal blood vessels, noisy breathing, neck masses and voice disorders. She also cares for patients with cleft lip, cleft palate, and other differences of the face or skull.

In her research, Czechowicz studies outcomes for patients with blood vessel abnormalities of the head and neck. Working with partners in Peru, she is also involved with global surgery for pediatric hearing loss.

Czechowicz earned her medical degree at Stanford University School of Medicine, where she also completed a residency in otolaryngology – head and neck surgery. She completed a fellowship in pediatric otolaryngology at the University of Washington, training at Seattle Children's Hospital.
