Saving future lives
500+ UCSF investigators are researching cures for hundreds of childhood and adult diseases.

Dr. Jennifer Levy is a neonatologist who cares for critically ill patients in the neonatal intensive care unit. She provides supportive care to her patients' families. In addition, she directs the follow-up clinic in Oakland that offers regular neurological assessments for children born prematurely or with a serious condition, with the aim of identifying developmental disabilities as early as possible.
Levy earned her medical degree at the American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine in Saint Martin. She completed a residency in pediatrics at SUNY (State University of New York) Downstate Health Sciences University, followed by a fellowship in neonatal-perinatal medicine at the Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell.
Outside of work, Levy enjoys traveling, walking on the beach with her dogs, and perfecting bread making.
