Dr. Angela Chang is an allergist and immunologist who cares for children with allergic diseases and problems linked to allergies. Her expertise includes food allergies, eczema, allergic rhinitis, asthma and hives.
In research, Chang studies guidelines on early introduction of babies to highly allergenic foods. She enjoys working with general pediatricians to prevent food allergies in at-risk infants.
After completing her bachelor's degree in biological sciences at Duke University, Chang earned her medical degree from Case Western Reserve University. She completed a residency in pediatrics at Northwestern University and a fellowship in allergy and immunology at UCSF.
Outside of work, Chang enjoys spending time with her husband, young daughter and two pugs, Millie and Bear. Her family has a mission to find the most delicious sushi in the Bay Area.
