About me

Accepting new patients

She | Her | Hers

Dr. Bianca Argueza is a pediatrician who cares for patients from birth through their teenage years. In the newborn nursery, she supports parents as they welcome their babies into the world. In the clinic, she conducts routine checkups, works with specialists to manage chronic conditions, and treats sick children. She particularly enjoys caring for infants and supporting new parents. She is passionate about working with patients from marginalized communities and reducing health inequities.

Argueza's research focuses on addressing inequities in health and medical education. Her goal is to help create a world where patients and health care professionals from all backgrounds can thrive. She is dedicated to mentoring medical trainees who are underrepresented in medicine.

Argueza earned her medical degree at Oregon Health & Science University. She completed a residency in pediatrics at UCSF, followed by a residency in preventive medicine and public health at the California Department of Public Health. She also has a master of public health degree from the University of California, Berkeley.

Outside of medicine, Argueza loves traveling to places with beautiful coastlines, majestic forests and delicious food. She also enjoys long-distance running, hiking and water sports.
