Allison Armstrong is a nurse practitioner who cares for patients with digestive system conditions. Her special interests include using integrative medicine (standard and alternative therapies combined appropriately) for chronic abdominal pain; addressing feeding concerns for babies and children who spent time in the neonatal intensive care unit; and supporting patients with sensory differences, such as attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and autism. She has previous experience in both primary care and cardiology for children and is passionate about making medicine more human and accessible.

Armstrong earned her master's degree in nursing from the University of Pennsylvania School of Nursing.

Outside of work, Armstrong enjoys competing in triathlons and watching reality TV.
