Dr. Alexandra Bicki is a nephrologist who cares for children and adolescents with kidney conditions, both in and out of the hospital. She partners closely with families to provide comprehensive, compassionate care.
In her research, Bicki studies how different factors affect transplant opportunities and kidney injury risk after transplant. Her goal is to improve long-term outcomes for young people with chronic kidney disease.
Bicki earned her medical degree as well as a master's degree in public health at University of Miami. She completed a residency in pediatrics at University of Texas at Austin, followed by a fellowship in pediatric nephrology at UCSF.
