Morna Dorsey, MD

Pediatric immunologist and allergist

Dr. Morna Dorsey serves as director of the Pediatric Immunology and Allergy Center and the Allergy and Immunology Fellowship Training Program at UCSF Benioff Children's Hospital San Francisco. In her role as medical director of the center, Dorsey has developed two successful programs in allergy, including the Allergy Procedure Clinic, which offers oral food and drug challenges, special skin testing and patch testing. Dorsey also helped develop the Eosinophilic Gastrointestinal Disorders Clinic, which is the first and only clinical program of its kind in Northern California dedicated to the care and research of eosinophilic gastrointestinal disorders.

Dorsey completed a medical degree and residency in pediatrics at the University of South Florida, Tampa. Subsequently, she completed a fellowship in allergy and immunology at Boston Children's Hospital, followed by clinical research training at Harvard Medical School. Dorsey holds several national allergy and immunology committee appointments and serves as the current chair of the Primary Immunodeficiency Disease Committee for the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology. She is an associate professor of clinical pediatrics at UCSF.
