(415) 353-9339

Lakeshore Plaza is home to a UCSF primary care clinic for the whole family. For babies and kids, we offer routine preventive care like checkups and immunizations, as well as treatment for injuries such as broken bones, chronic conditions, and minor and more serious illnesses.

UCSF Lab Services also has facilities at the Plaza – a great convenience if your child's provider orders a blood test or other diagnostic test.

Lakeshore Plaza is an outdoor shopping center located 1 mile west of 19th Avenue/Route 1, near Lake Merced. You'll find numerous restaurants and stores, banks and a post office there. Parking is free, and the shopping center is accessible by Muni.
