Sara Isaacs is a social worker who helps pediatric patients and their families navigate life with a chronic disease. She works with her patients to eliminate barriers to care, focus on family strengths and cope with the complex life changes and difficulties of a diagnosis.

Isaacs received her master's degree in social work from California State University, Northridge. She is a member of the National Association of Social Workers and Bay Area Social Workers in Health Care.

An animal lover, Isaacs advocates for animal rights and volunteers for the San Francisco SPCA. In her free time, she also enjoys making pottery and exploring flea markets for great finds.
