Lover of the outdoors, adventuring and making art
Catalily Marshall is a pediatric neurosurgery nurse who cares for children having procedures for neurological conditions. She helps families prepare for operations, including by educating them about specific conditions, answering their questions and helping them navigate the emotions that may arise. After surgery, she works with families to ensure their kids continue to heal. She also facilitates communication between primary care doctors and specialists and coordinates care throughout childhood for pediatric patients who need long-term neurosurgical care.
Marshall earned her bachelor's degree from the University of Maryland, where she studied Spanish, criminology and family health. She earned her master's degree in generalist nursing from DePaul University. When not working, she enjoys outdoor adventures and spending time with her dog.
