The Pediatric Treatment Center is a specially designed area where outpatient chemotherapy infusions and procedures are performed in a comfortable environment. The center is staffed by nurses trained in administering chemotherapy and hematological products. There are several private rooms, where procedures such as spinal taps and blood draws are performed, and a larger area with four reclining infusion chairs. Each room has a TV and there is a play area stocked with a variety of books, toys and videos.
