Niners fans will have a chance win a No. 42 jersey signed by Hall of Fame legend Ronnie Lott at the San Francisco 49ers game on Sunday, November 14 at Monster Stadium.

Each $10 ticket at the game-day raffle goes entirely to benefit children and families at UCSF Children's Hospital and sponsors a light of hope on Macy's annual holiday tree in Union Square. Ticket-sellers at the game will be doctors and nurses from UCSF Children's Hospital.

Wide receiver Brandon Lloyd also has signed a No. 85 jersey as a gift for the raffle, with winners to be announced on the Jumbotron during the third quarter.

Tickets will be available before the game at gates A, E and F and through halftime in the concourse at Sec 17 and 28 in the upper level and Sec 9 in the lower level.

Doctors and nurses selling tickets will be distinctive in white sweatshirts with the UCSF Children's Hospital's Golden Gate Bridge logo. In addition to a chance to win a jersey, each ticket buyer receives a holiday tree pin.

Ronnie Lott is the inspiration for Niners fans to support UCSF Children's Hospital. The 10-time Pro Bowler, four-time Super Bowl winner is one of the most respected players in the game. When the 49ers retired his jersey on November 17, 2003, Lott shared the glory of the day with the children he helps through his All Stars Helping Kids charity -- including seriously ill children at UCSF Children's Hospital. At that game, fans bought more than $16,000 in tickets to sponsor lights and help children in honor of Lott and his wife, Karen, who were co-chairs of the 2003 Macy's Holiday Tree fundraiser.

This year, Kimberly Guilfoyle Newsom chairs the Macy's-UCSF Children's Hospital tree lights fundraiser. She is a television legal analyst, Court-TV anchor, active community volunteer, and is married to San Francisco Mayor Gavin Newsom.

Guilfoyle Newsom will join the ceremony as the 80-foot holiday tree, Macy's gift to San Francisco, lights up at 6 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 26, the day after Thanksgiving. Fans and their families are invited to the free ceremony and to view the tree throughout the holiday season.
