Ana Grijalvo-Perez, MD

Pediatric neurologist and movement disorders specialist

Dr. Ana Grijalvo Perez is a pediatric neurologist at UCSF Benioff Children's Hospital, Mission Bay and an assistant clinical professor of neurology at UCSF School of Medicine. She sees patients the Pediatric Brain Center in Mission Bay and in San Mateo one of the UCSF satellite neurology clinics. Her areas of special interest include pediatric movement disorders including: Tourette syndrome, dystonia, myoclonus, spasticity, paroxysmal movement disorders, tremors and chorea. Grijalvo Perez is also interested in general pediatric neurology disorders such as epilepsy, neurodevelopmental disorders, autism spectrum disorders and migraines.

Grijalvo Perez received her medical degree from the Universidad Autonoma De Madrid School of Medicine and completed a residency in pediatrics at Rady Children's Hospital of the University of California, San Diego. She did her fellowship in child neurology at the University of California, San Diego. She speaks Spanish, Italian and German.
