Clinical social worker

Amie Rudolph is a clinical social worker who cares for pediatric patients admitted to the hospital for chronic or acute illnesses, including pulmonary and cardiac conditions. She provides comprehensive services, including crisis intervention, supportive counseling, assistance with mental health referrals and guidance to community resources. On weekends, she is the on-call social worker for Benioff Children's Hospital, San Francisco.

Rudolph earned a bachelor's degree in psychology at the University of Pennsylvania. She earned her master's degree from the Columbia School of Social Work.

Each month, Rudolph serves on Benioff Children's Hospital's interdisciplinary committee to review all child abuse and neglect cases reported by the hospital. She is a member of the National Association of Social Workers and Bay Area Social Workers in Health Care.
