By sponsoring the 2009 Macy's Tree Lighting Ceremony, you join a team of dedicated community sponsors who are committed to helping the children and families who need our help. Proceeds from the event benefit patients, programs and services at UCSF Benioff Children's Hospital.
UCSF Benioff Children's Hospital thanks Macy's and the sponsors, donors, partners and friends who made last year's ceremony a resounding success. During the past five years, almost $700,000 has been raised for Compass Care, the palliative care program at UCSF Benioff Children's Hospital. This year's ceremony will be held in San Francisco's Union Square on Friday, Nov. 27 at 6 p.m. The tree will remain lit through Jan. 1.
