The Family Resource Room offers a library of information and resources about health, illness and coping with hospitalization. The room features a fax machine, computers with Internet access, phone jacks for laptop computers, phones and a copier to help families keep up with the demands of life outside of the hospital. Coffee and tea are served daily.

The Family Resource Room also has information on activities for parents at the hospital, such as 10-minute chair massages, Making Memories scrap book support group, classes on infant massage and the In Stitches knitting class.
