Monica Ibarra is a social worker who provides support and resources to families of infants in the intensive care nursery.
After earning bachelor's degrees in human development and sociology from the University of California, Davis, Ibarra earned her master's degree in social work from the University of Southern California.
Ibarra is a member of the National Association of Perinatal Social Workers and National Association of Social Workers.
