Psychiatry & Psychology

UCSF's Pediatric Psychiatry and Psychology team offers evaluation and treatment for the full range of mental health disorders and behavioral disturbances in children and adolescents, as well as support for their families. Both psychiatric and psychological assessments are available.

We strive to set the standard in excellent mental health care for kids. We offer general mental health care as well as specialized programs for specific conditions.

In addition to providing care in our outpatient clinics, we treat children who are hospitalized or brought to the emergency department with urgent behavioral issues.
