Pediatric anesthesiologist
Dr. Charles Caldwell is a pediatric anesthesiologist. He came to UCSF Medical Center from the Children's Hospital of Michigan where he was chairman of the Anesthesia Department. He is a member of the Fetal Treatment Center and delivers anesthesia for fetal surgery. He trained in pediatrics in Seattle and Vancouver, Canada, anesthesia at UCSF and pediatric anesthesia at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. He is board certified in both pediatrics and anesthesiology. Cauldwell is a clinical professor of Anesthesiology and Perioperative Care at UCSF.
